Timothy R. Bevevino
Partner — Swanson, Bevevino & Sharp, P.C

The Managing Partner of our Warren office, Tim Bevevino began his practice in Ohio in 1987. He returned to his hometown of Warren, Pennsylvania, in 1991 to join the firm, then known as Swanson, Bevevino and Millin. Tim's practice focuses on commercial and real estate transactions, liquor licensing, civil litigation and municipal law. He currently serves as solicitor for 18 different municipal entities, including townships, boroughs, and one county, as well as municipal utility authorities and zoning hearing boards. Tim is also very active in the community, and he presently serves on the board of directors of Warren General Hospital  in addition to the board of trustees of Bollinger Enterprises, Inc.

Andmoragan ("Annie") C. Thomas
Associate — Swanson, Bevevino & Gilford, P.C.

Andmoragan ("Annie") Thomas grew up in rural Somerset County, Pennsylvania. After completing her undergraduate degrees at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, she attended law school at New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Thomas returned to Pennsylvania upon graduation from law school to serve as a judicial law clerk in the 37th Judicial District of Pennsylvania. After serving as clerk to President Judge Maureen A. Skerda and Judge Gregory J. Hammond, she began her career in private practice with Swanson, Bevevino & Gilford in November 2012. Attorney Thomas focuses her practice on family law matters, such as divorce and custody cases. She also handles various other civil litigation matters along with criminal defense work. As a recent Warren transplant, Attorney Thomas has become very involved in the community. She is a 2013 Leadership Warren County graduate and currently serves as Secretary of the Warren County Public Library Board of Directors.

Andmoragan ("Annie") C. Sharp

Andmoragan ("Annie") Thomas grew up in rural Somerset County, Pennsylvania. William A. Bevevino (Retired)

Founding Partner — Swanson, Bevevino & Sharp, P.C. 
Licensed from 1967 through 2021

William Bevevino is a life-long resident of Warren County, PA. After graduation from Warren High School, he attended and graduated from Finn College with a mechanical engineering degree. He then worked at NASA and simultaneously attended night classes at Cleveland Marshall Law School in Cleveland, OH. Upon obtaining his law degree, he became a member of both the Ohio Bar and Pennsylvania Bar. Immediately thereafter, he returned to his hometown and began practicing law as a sole practitioner before joining his friend, David W. Swanson, in the firm of Swanson and Bevevino. He remained with the firm – now Swanson, Bevevino and Sharp– ever since and retired as senior partner in 2021.  He and his wife Rita reside in Warren where he enjoys hunting and fishing in his leisure time. Bill and Rita have three children and eleven grandchildren.

David W. Swanson (1929-2014)
Founding Partner — Swanson, Bevevino & Sharp, P.C. 

David W. Swanson, along with Bill Bevevino, was one of the founding members of the firm. He graduated as valedictorian from Ludlow High School and after serving two years in the Army, he attended Pennsylvania State University where he earned a degree in physics in 1953. He then attended Yale Law School and returned home to open his own law practice. He maintained his practice for nearly 50 years and retired from the law firm of Swanson, Bevevino and Gilford, P. C., in 2002. David passed away in December of 2014.
